CONTEXT AND CHALLENGE

We were selected to partner AXA on their Global IT Transformation Program. The objective was to accelerate the company’s internal transformation, focusing on enhancing customer experience, increasing efficiency and tapping into the opportunities offered by Smart Data.

RESULT

With over 11 000 AXA IT employees involved in the program we set out to create a simple and strong global system for the program that reorganised and tied together the individual work groups. The UnITe name and identity emphasised the importance of a collaborative approach between departments to improve their agility and the need to make connections between the departments. As well as the program identity and system, we created a full toolbox of communication tools to streamline internal communication from templates to video presentations, as well as extensive iconography.
